Analysis of Lipidomics of Zhuriheng Pills

The raw files (.raw format) obtained from mass spectrometry detection were imported into Compound Discoverer 3.1 (hereafter referred to as CD 3.1) software. Spectral processing and database searching were then performed to acquire the qualitative and quantitative results of lipid compounds. Subsequently, data quality control (QC) was conducted to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data results. Next, multivariate statistical analysis was carried out on the lipid compounds, including principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), to reveal differences in metabolic patterns among different groups. Finally, hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA) and correlation analysis were used to uncover the relationships between samples, as well as between lipid compounds
