资源简介:

This lecture is a hands-on introduction to using token-based animations in BPMN.The goal is simple: make execution semantics visible — so that BPMN models stop being static diagrams and become something you can actually “run” and reason about. It also serves as a lightweight preparation for those joining the upcoming eye-tracking experiment. What we cover A practical metaphor: tokens as a “GPS navigator” for process execution process model = map process instance = one concrete run of the process token = a snapshot of where that instance currently is Core definitions: process model vs process instance vs token(s) Gateway semantics with tokens: XOR (exclusive choice): one path enabled, no synchronization required at merge AND (parallelism): multiple paths enabled, tokens split and must join/synchronize Inclusive OR: one or more paths enabled; join depends on which branches were activated Practice session (Camunda token simulation): how to run tokens, select paths, pause/reset, adjust speed, inspect event logs short questions/exercises to build intuition about execution counts and synchronization Tools used We use a lightweight BPMN 2.0 modeler with token simulation:bpmn-io.github.io/bpmn-js-token-simulation/modeler.html
