Data for the manuscript: Evaluation of single-template ligand-based methods for the discovery of small-molecule nucleic acid binders. This dataset contains the complete results of benchmarking 16 fingerprints and 6 other single-template ligand-based virtual screening methods against a wide selection of DNA/RNA-ligand datasets. The repository includes performance metrics, statistical analyses, and code used for the evaluation of molecular fingerprints and similarity measures for nucleic acid-targeted drug discovery.
