为了获得小口径工程血管抗内膜增生新策略,观察神经调控与平滑肌细胞重建速度的效应关系,明确神经调控对平滑肌细胞分化型和去分化型转换的影响和机制;实验通过茜素红染色确定外泌体实验浓度,通过EDU实验观察细胞凋亡情况,免疫荧光检测细胞表型转化
