基于降水、风速、台风路径、GDP与人口等致灾、孕灾与承灾体数据，采用层次分析法确定指标因子的权重。在参考关于台风灾情评估的相关文献、向多位气象专家进行了反复咨询的基础上开展县域尺度台风灾害灾情等级评估
Based on hazard-inducing, disaster-prone and disaster-bearing body data including precipitation, wind speed, typhoon tracks, GDP and population, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was adopted to determine the weights of index factors. The typhoon disaster grade assessment at the county scale was carried out based on references to relevant literature on typhoon disaster assessment and repeated consultations with multiple meteorological experts.
