Opening of the Silver Lake Branch Library of the Los Angeles Public Library, 2411 Glendale Boulevard, Silver Lake, Los Angeles, 2009 November 16 (41:10), and the community open house in the library, 2009 November 21 (20:00), by the Silver Lake History Collective (SLHC).
