Integrated analysis of lncRNA-mRNA co-expression networks in the Fucoidan treated atopic dermatitis

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common disease characterized by chronic and recurrent skin inflammation. To gain a deeper understanding of the potential mechanisms, we performed RNA-seq analysis to identify the expression profile of lncRNAs and mRNAs. The key genes and their ceRNA network provide a foundation to further understanding of the underlying mechanism of fucoidan treatment for AD.
