This dataset is applicable to metal surface treatment production. When facing specific production tasks, it can be used to screen qualified process parameter combinations from the dataset, compare their costs, and determine the lowest-cost solution for real-time production to optimize overall production costs. When production outcomes fail to meet predefined standards, it enables tracing back to historical case data and referencing prior optimization measures, so as to quickly resolve abnormal issues and reduce costs caused by abnormalities. Additionally, based on the data correlation rules, it can be used to build parameter prediction models and cost estimates for new materials, screen feasible solutions prior to pilot production, and lower the trial-and-error costs associated with new material surface treatment.
