In this study, we present an investigation of the yeast response to the exposure to octanoic and decanoic acids, two major fermentation inhibitors本研究针对酵母暴露于辛酸（octanoic acid）与癸酸（decanoic acid）这两种主要发酵抑制剂后的应答反应展开了调查分析。
