研究者使用入选/排除标准进行筛选，对同意参加本项目并签署知情同意书的哮喘患者收集基线资料，包括人口学特征（性别、年龄、教育程度等）、危险因素（烟草暴露史、住房类型、家族史以及宠物接触等）、病史信息（呼吸系统症状、药物治疗方案等）、辅助检查（血常规、胸部影像学、肺功能、过敏原等）及问卷信息（哮喘控制评分、生活质量评分）等资料。对部分患者进行开展定期的临床随访，包括电话随访和面对面访视，记录患者的症状变化、治疗情况、急性加重次数、就诊等信息。采集生物标本。数据内容最终以EXCEL数据集呈现。Researchers screened participants using inclusion and exclusion criteria, and collected baseline data from asthma patients who consented to participate in this study and signed informed consent forms. The baseline data includes demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational level, etc.), risk factors (tobacco exposure history, housing type, family history, pet contact, etc.), medical history information (respiratory symptoms, medication regimens, etc.), auxiliary examinations (routine blood tests, chest imaging, pulmonary function tests, allergen assays, etc.), and questionnaire data (asthma control scores, quality of life scores). Regular clinical follow-ups, including telephone and face-to-face visits, were conducted for a subset of patients to record changes in patients' symptoms, treatment status, number of acute exacerbations, medical visits and other relevant information. Biological specimens were collected. The final dataset is presented in EXCEL format.
