本数据集适用于防静电IXPE材料在电子元器件缓冲包装、精密仪器防护垫、半导体周转材料等场景中的生产过程控制与质量一致性评估。防静电IXPE在保持缓冲与回弹性能的同时,需要稳定控制表面/体积电阻与静电衰减特性,其性能高度依赖抗静电剂比例、交联温度、挤出压力及发泡工艺参数。本数据集覆盖原料配比、交联、挤出、发泡、定型、检测等全流程关键节点,可用于生产工艺优化、质量追溯与SPC统计分析。
This dataset is intended for production process control and quality consistency evaluation of anti-static IXPE materials in applications including electronic component cushioning packaging, precision instrument protective pads, and semiconductor turnover materials. While maintaining its cushioning and resilience performance, anti-static IXPE requires stable control of its surface/volume resistance and electrostatic decay characteristics, the performance of which is highly dependent on the antistatic agent ratio, crosslinking temperature, extrusion pressure, and foaming process parameters. This dataset covers key stages across the entire production workflow, including raw material proportioning, crosslinking, extrusion, foaming, shaping, and testing, and can be used for production process optimization, quality traceability, and SPC statistical analysis.
