料塔称重物联网系统是我公司在长期筒仓存量测量经验的基础上，结合料塔物料测量的特点，研发的一种养殖料塔存量实时测量产品，能够满足料塔(1-60吨)的饲料存量实时测量需求。称重传感器通过检测筒仓物料对传感器的压力，通过标定算法，实时获取当前仓内存量，配套的上安装法兰能够与养殖料塔的型材支腿快捷、稳定连接，不需要厂家配套安装配件，解决了传统料塔称重结构性缺陷，稳定、可靠，防止料塔倒塌事故，养殖场、养殖户等大量应用，效果良好。The Feed Silo Weighing Internet of Things (IoT) System is a real-time inventory measurement product for livestock feed silos developed by our company, based on long-term experience in silo inventory measurement and incorporating the characteristics of feed silo material measurement. It can meet the real-time feed inventory measurement requirements of feed silos with a capacity ranging from 1 to 60 tons. The load cell detects the pressure exerted by the materials in the silo on the sensor, and obtains the current inventory in the silo in real time through a calibration algorithm. The supporting upper mounting flange enables quick and stable connection with the profile legs of livestock feed silos, eliminating the need for dedicated installation accessories supplied by the silo manufacturer. This product resolves the structural defects of traditional feed silo weighing systems, ensuring stable and reliable operation, and preventing feed silo collapse accidents. It has been widely applied in livestock farms and breeders, achieving excellent application results.
