The data originates from the TROPOMI sensor onboard the Sentinel-5P satellite, which was launched by the European Space Agency (ESA) to monitor greenhouse gases and trace gases, and it enables global daily revisit coverage. To facilitate access for domestic users, this dataset is organized and maintained by the team of the National Earth Observation Science Data Center. It packages different products into compressed monthly datasets for data distribution and services.
