在单槽满足260Nm3/h产氢速率,且系统运行稳定后,需要对两个电解槽进行工艺管道升级,满足双电解槽的气、水流通,并对纯化和冷却模块进行参数重新设计,提高相应的处理量,满足该流量下的处理需求,内部自动控制和双通道点位控制进行重新编程,实现了自动化控制,使用的设备为VC9808+万用表、内置直流电源、DMT143露点仪、WGS-OX微量氧分析仪、压力表、温度传感器、质子流量计等。数据格式为msv,可以利用office软件打开。数据量约为1.3M
Once the single electrolyzer achieves a hydrogen production rate of 260 Nm³/h and the system operates stably, process pipeline upgrades are required for two electrolyzers to enable gas and water circulation for the dual-electrolyzer setup. Additionally, the parameters of the purification and cooling modules need to be redesigned to increase their respective treatment capacities and meet the processing demands under this flow rate. The internal automatic control and dual-channel point control systems are reprogrammed to implement automated control. The equipment used includes VC9808+ multimeter, built-in DC power supply, DMT143 dew point meter, WGS-OX trace oxygen analyzer, pressure gauge, temperature sensor, proton flowmeter, and other related instruments. The data is stored in MSV format, which can be opened via Microsoft Office software. The total data volume is approximately 1.3 MB.
