The data are collected from two end-points. According to the live traffic documentation here 1- hazards regional incidents This data covers all hazards ‘unplanned’ incidents and it contains region, council name and suburb names 2- hazards roadwork This data covers 'planned' roadwork and it contains region, suburb names only and does not contain council names
