为扩大液压元件高压多路阀失效案例数据库平台的影响力，更好的服务于机械工程类的企业，充分把现代化信息管理技术应用到业务工作当中，山东大学对多路阀理论知识进一步学习以及多路阀的详细拆解研究，和企业反馈回的大量多路阀失效案例的汇总总结，接着就多路阀的四种失效模式结合失效树分析法进行详细的描述，旨在提高高压多路阀失效案例数据库的管理信息化水平和智能化水平，提高信息化应用的办公环境和业务处理的效率，为高压多路阀失效案例数据库管理业务的科技化发展之路奠定坚实的基础。To expand the influence of the high-pressure multi-way valve failure case database platform for hydraulic components, better serve mechanical engineering enterprises, and fully apply modern information management technologies to business operations, Shandong University has conducted in-depth study of the theoretical knowledge of multi-way valves, carried out detailed disassembly and research on multi-way valves, and collected and summarized a large number of multi-way valve failure cases fed back by enterprises. Subsequently, the four failure modes of multi-way valves are elaborated in detail combined with Fault Tree Analysis (FTA). This work aims to improve the informatization and intelligent management levels of the high-pressure multi-way valve failure case database, enhance the office environment and business processing efficiency of informatization applications, and lay a solid foundation for the scientific and technological development of the management business of the high-pressure multi-way valve failure case database.
