Milled wood Lignin Structural (LGS) Dataset

Lignin Structure(LGS) Dataset enumerates lignin chains for degree of polymerization ranging 3 to 25 following published monomer coupling feasibility rules. The dataset includes two types of lignin library with 60K polymer structures of milled wood lignin.G type lignin structures which represent spruce MWL structures with 5.7K polymersSG type lignin structures which represent birch MWL structures with 56.3K polymers木质素结构（Lignin Structure, LGS）数据集枚举了聚合度介于3至25之间的木质素链，其构建遵循已发表的单体偶联可行性规则。本数据集包含两类木质素库，共计60000个磨木木质素（milled wood lignin, MWL）聚合物结构：其中G型木质素结构对应云杉磨木木质素结构，包含5700个聚合物；SG型木质素结构对应桦木磨木木质素结构，包含56300个聚合物。
