Mediterranean Sardine seascape genomics using ddRAD

Here, under a seascape genomic approach, ddRAD genomic data were used along with environmental information to uncover the underlying processes in sardines of the Western Mediterranean and adjacent Atlantic waters. We have sequenced 398 samples from 12 different locations and analysed the genetic diversity, population structure and association of genetic profiles with environmental variables.
