To ensure the safe and proper operation of electronic pressure controllers (EPCs), strict detection of the insulation resistance value between the housing and power outlet terminals of the EPCs after power-on is required. The data objects mainly include the insulation resistance value between the housing and power outlet terminals of EPCs, as well as relevant detection data for safety evaluation. Based on the detected data, we can determine whether the insulation resistance value between the housing and power outlet terminals of EPCs meets safety standards, thereby preventing safety hazards during the use of EPCs caused by non-compliant insulation resistance values. Through real-time data updates, we can track and monitor the insulation resistance values between the housing and power outlet terminals of EPCs of various models to ensure the safe use of the products. We will aggregate the collected information including the model names of various EPCs, the input voltage values between the housing and outlet terminals, and the passing current values between the housing and outlet terminals. Then, the measured insulation resistance value between the housing and power outlet terminals of an EPC is compared with its corresponding standard value to judge whether the EPC model is qualified. The calculation formula is: (Input voltage value between the housing and outlet terminals / Passing current value between the housing and outlet terminals) = Insulation resistance value between the housing and power outlet terminals. The standard value is derived from product tests conducted by the enterprise under specific material categories, standard flowing current and standard applied voltage. The EPC model is judged as unqualified when the calculated value is less than the standard value, and qualified when the calculated value is greater than or equal to the standard value.
