Seroprevalence of SARS-CoV-2 in domestic dogs and cats Villavicencio-Colombia

This data set contains information on the canines and felines that participated in the project, coordinates of the place where the sample was taken, as well as the OD IgG anti SARS-CoV-2 results and the positive control sample ratio (% S /P ). % S/P categorized values: Negative ≤ 50% Limit between 50% and 60% Positive ≥60% Note: the ID Screen® SARS-CoV-2 Double Antigen Multi-Species indirect ELISA (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit (IDvet, Grabels, France) was used. <br> Additionally, there is the informed consent form and questionnaire that was used for each animal that participated in the project.
