机械密封演化过程中的动静环端面形貌特征数据

针对机械密封运行过程中由于摩擦磨损导致的密封端面微观形貌的演化过程,采用圆度仪测量了机械密封不同运行时间(0小时、24小时、124小时)后密封动静环(配对材料为SiC-碳石墨)端面的形貌数据。分别测量动静环端面上不同半径(27、28、29、30、31mm)下的表面形貌值,测量范围沿半径方向的整个圆周。测量精度为0.005微米。数据量39MB
To investigate the evolution of microtopography on sealing end faces induced by friction and wear during mechanical seal operation, surface topography data of the rotating and stationary rings (with mating materials of SiC-carbon graphite) were measured using a roundness measuring instrument at three operating durations: 0 h, 24 h, and 124 h. Specifically, surface topography values were collected at five different radii (27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 mm) on the end faces of both the rotating and stationary rings, with the measurement range covering the entire circumference along the radial direction. The measurement accuracy is 0.005 μm, and the total size of the dataset is 39 MB.
