Table provides a summary of computational resources used for each step in our assembly pipeline (Fig 1A). Columns reflect an identifier for the pipeline step, bioinformatics tool used, the total number of processes run, the average time taken per job, the number of cores allocated to each job and the average memory used per job (computed as the maximum over the lifetime of the job).
