Phylogenomics of Antarctic notothenioid fishes

Abstract: This data set contains alignments of DNA sequences obtained from restriction site associated markers (RADseq). Each alignment contains DNA sequence data sampled from 85 species of notothenioids fishes. The raw sequence data for each specimen is available on Genbank. There are two DNA sequence alignments. The m4 alignment has each locus represented by at least 4 individuals and contains 4,440,378 aligned sites. The m30 has each locus represented by at least 30 individuals and contains 2,669,472 aligned sites.

摘要：本数据集包含基于限制性位点相关标记（restriction site associated markers，RADseq）技术获得的DNA序列比对结果。每套比对均包含从85种南极鱼亚目（Notothenioidei）鱼类中采集的DNA序列数据。每份标本的原始序列数据均可在GenBank（基因银行）上获取。本数据集包含两套DNA序列比对：m4比对中，每个基因座（locus）至少对应4个个体的序列数据，共包含4,440,378个比对位点；m30比对中，每个基因座（locus）至少对应30个个体的序列数据，共包含2,669,472个比对位点。
