Transcriptome analysis of ovine granulosa cells from small follicles during the estrous cycle

The objective of this study was to compare and analyze the global transcriptional profile using RNA sequencing in ovine granulosa cells from small antral follicles (1-3 mm) collected either in the follicular or in luteal phases of the estrous cycle.
