中国境内多品种宠物猫肠道微生物数据集

本数据集基于中国境内的10个品种猫（金吉拉、英国蓝猫、美国短毛猫、英国短毛猫、矮脚猫、豹猫、布偶猫、德文卷毛猫、田园猫、暹罗猫）采集的粪便样本，构建涵盖宏基因组与16S rRNA测序数据及其生物信息学分析结果。数据覆盖物种鉴定、菌群组成、功能注释与代谢通路解析等多维度指标，形成首个聚焦中国宠物猫的肠道微生物特征体系。数据集可揭示不同品种猫肠道微生物的组成与功能差异。数据集可为肠道健康研究、宠物食品精准营养设计、益生菌开发与猫科进化生态研究提供核心数据支撑。This dataset is constructed based on fecal samples collected from 10 cat breeds (Chinchilla Persian, British Blue Shorthair, American Shorthair, British Shorthair, Munchkin, Bengal Cat, Ragdoll, Devon Rex, Chinese Rural Cat, and Siamese Cat) within China, including metagenomic and 16S rRNA sequencing data as well as their corresponding bioinformatic analysis results. The dataset covers multi-dimensional indicators such as species identification, microbial community composition, functional annotation and metabolic pathway analysis, establishing the first systematic framework of intestinal microbial characteristics focused on Chinese pet cats. This dataset can reveal the differences in the composition and function of intestinal microbiota among different cat breeds, and provides core data support for research on intestinal health, precise nutrition design of pet food, probiotic development and feline evolutionary ecology studies.
