Middle ear expression of innate immune receptor genes during murine otitis media

The dataset consists of gene array expression values from a complete episode of acute otitis media induced in mice by inoculation with nontyoeable Haemophilus influenzae, as compared to pre-infection expression values. In both conditions, mRNA from the epithelial mucosal tissue of the middle ear from wild type (WT) mice vs. induced OM mice at 3hr, 6hr, 12hr, 1, 2, 5, and 7 days was isolated. The relative changes in mRNA abundance were compared between the two groups in order to highlight genes that were differentially regulated following induction of infection.
