We demonstrated that the overexpression of BAZ2B in human lineage-committed progenitors lead to an induction of reprogramming to a multipotent hematopoietic stem cell state. To understand the mechanism we overexpressed Luciferase or BAZ2B in lineage-committed progenitors for 14 days and performed the ATAC-seq experiments
