Supporting data for “NOTHING ENDURES BUT CHANGE: HOW AND WHEN REGULATORY FOCUS CONVERGENCE INFLUENCES TEAM PERFORMANCE"

The "Study1_ABM" file contains the agent-based modeling codes for Study 1 in my thesis. Study 1 develops three agent-based models. Specifically, Study 1a is a convergence model that simulates how the interaction among agents influences the convergence of regulatory focus within a team. Study 1b consists of a model for promotion focus convergence and a model for prevention focus convergence. These two models examine the impact of promotion focus convergence and prevention focus convergence on agents.
