Environmental mRNA sampled from benthic eukaryotic communities around fish farms.

This project aims to determine the potential of taxonomic information that can be inferred from environmental mRNA from benthic communities. The samples were taken around Norwegian aquaculture farms as part of a larger project that investigates the impact of aquaculture on the adjacent communities based on their metatranscriptomic profile.
