The core data of this dataset consists of half-wave plate simulation files and corresponding simulation data, which are critical pre-design data for nano-unit structure development. Generated through electromagnetic simulations of nanostructures using CST Studio Suite, the dataset scans the transmittance and phase modulation of nanobricks with varying dimensions under incident light with specific polarization states, and stores the associated visualization results. It primarily includes simulation files of rectangular nanobricks, polarization conversion efficiency data of nanobricks, transmittance and phase difference data for the long and short axes of nanobricks, as well as geometric phase simulation data. The total size of the dataset is 0.47 GB.
