模具制造供应商评价:基于多年累积的采购数据和零部件质检数据,运用一定算法对供应商的采购价格、供货及时率和质量稳定性进行分析,挑选出合格供应商。 应用条件,需要有足够多的采购和质检的历史数据;应用范围:模具行业企业; 应用对象:合格的零配件供应商。数据源:采集了本企业的采购订单数据,供应商送货数据和零部件采购入库质检数据。 算法:对指定品类的零部件的采购订单数据、供应商送货数据和入库质检数据进行如下的计算,得出合格供应商清单。 1)供应商平均价格:基于供应商送货数据,统计指定日期范围内的指定供应商的送货记录,使用加权平均算法,计算指定供应商的平均供应价格; 2)品类平均价格:基于所有供应商的制定零部件品类的采购送货数据,统计指定日期范围内的送货记录,使用加权平均算法,计算不同供应商的平均供应价格; 3)价格因子:计算供应商价格偏离平均价格的程度,算法为,1-(abs(供应商平均价格-品类平均价格)/(供应商平均价格+品类平均价格)) ; 2)到货及时率:指定供应商的到货及时率, (按时供货次数/总供货次数); 3)质量合格率:指定供应商的质量合格率,(合格供货数量/总供货数量); 4)综合评价:综合评价=价格因子×到货及时率×质量合格率; 5)综合排名:对指定零部件的供应商按综合评价结果按高到低排名。

Supplier Evaluation for Mold Manufacturing: Based on years of accumulated procurement data and parts quality inspection data, relevant algorithms are applied to analyze suppliers' procurement prices, on-time delivery rates and quality stability, so as to select qualified suppliers. Application Conditions: Sufficient historical procurement and quality inspection data are required; Application Scope: Enterprises in the mold manufacturing industry; Application Target: Qualified spare parts suppliers. Data Source: Collected the enterprise's own purchase order data, supplier delivery data and incoming quality inspection data for purchased parts. Algorithms: Calculate the purchase order data, supplier delivery data and incoming quality inspection data of the specified category of parts as follows to obtain the qualified supplier list: 1) Supplier Average Price: Based on the supplier delivery data, count the delivery records of the specified supplier within the specified date range, and use the weighted average algorithm to calculate the average supply price of the specified supplier; 2) Category Average Price: Based on the procurement and delivery data of the specified parts category from all suppliers, count the delivery records within the specified date range, and use the weighted average algorithm to calculate the average supply price for different suppliers; 3) Price Factor: Calculate the degree to which the supplier's price deviates from the category average price, with the algorithm being 1 - (abs(supplier average price - category average price) / (supplier average price + category average price)); 4) On-time Delivery Rate: The on-time delivery rate of the specified supplier, calculated as (number of on-time deliveries / total number of deliveries); 5) Quality Pass Rate: The quality pass rate of the specified supplier, calculated as (number of qualified delivery quantities / total delivery quantities); 6) Comprehensive Evaluation: Comprehensive Evaluation = Price Factor × On-time Delivery Rate × Quality Pass Rate; 7) Comprehensive Ranking: Rank the suppliers of the specified parts in descending order based on their comprehensive evaluation results.
