数据采集环节从“都匀市公交IC卡管理系统”自动化采集,通过公交刷卡系统实时收集19条线路站点的10类刷卡数据(移动支付码、老年卡、学生卡等),同时记录站点名称、刷卡时间等关联信息,确保数据来源的真实性和时效性。数据加工遵循标准化流程:首先进行数据清洗,剔除无效刷卡记录,处理空值;其次进行数据整合,将各站点的分散刷卡数据汇总为总刷卡次数,并计算各刷卡方式的使用占比;最后进行数据分类,按照总刷卡次数将站点划分为4个客流量等级(低流量<5千、中低流量5千-2万、中高流量2万-5万、高流量>5万),同时识别各站点的主要刷卡方式,形成结构化的分析数据集。

The data collection is automatically conducted via the "Duyun City Public Transit IC Card Management System". Ten types of tap transaction data (including mobile payment QR codes, senior citizen cards, student cards, etc.) for stops on 19 bus routes are collected in real time through the public transit ticketing system, while relevant information such as stop names and transaction timestamps are also recorded to guarantee the authenticity and timeliness of the data source. The data processing follows a standardized workflow: firstly, data cleaning is performed to remove invalid transaction records and handle missing values; secondly, data integration is carried out to aggregate the scattered transaction data of each stop into total transaction counts and calculate the usage proportion of each payment method; finally, data classification is implemented: stops are divided into four passenger flow tiers based on total transaction counts, namely low-flow (<5,000 transactions), low-medium flow (5,000–20,000 transactions), medium-high flow (20,000–50,000 transactions) and high-flow (>50,000 transactions), while the primary transaction method for each stop is identified, thus forming a structured analytical dataset.
