(一)实质性加工 1.数据清洗与优化:针对 OBJ 格式模型,结合广目天王 “持珠缠蛇 + 复杂铠甲” 特征,定向排查并删除蛇身鳞片间隙、铠甲纹饰衔接处的冗余顶点及重叠面,在保留细节的前提下减少 35% 数据量,提升模型加载与渲染速度,适配多场景需求。 2.纹理映射调整:依据金铜鎏金材质特性,精确校准纹理坐标,确保铠甲鎏金纹理、蛇形法器鳞片纹理贴合模型表面,避免拉伸、错位;按应用场景调整分辨率:学术研究保留 4K 纹理呈现材质细节,大众传播压缩至 2K,平衡视觉效果与运行性能。 (二)创造性劳动 1.模型精细化处理:用 Geomagic 软件消除叠面、交叉面,对蛇形法器的鳞片结构、宝珠轮廓进行 “网格优化”,减少三角面数量;调整手持宝珠与蛇身的衔接姿态参数,确保符合 “自然缠绕、持握稳固” 的造像规范。 2.表面与纹理优化:运用 AI 自适应滤波算法处理扫描噪点,重点保留鎏金材质的温润光泽与蛇身鳞片的细腻质感;人工校验纹饰断层、纹理偏差,参考实体佛像(或文献记载)校准色值,还原金铜材质真实视觉效果。
(I) Substantive Processing 1. Data Cleaning and Optimization: For OBJ-format models, targeted identification and removal of redundant vertices and overlapping faces at the gaps between the serpent’s scales and the armor ornament joints were conducted based on the characteristic features of Guangmu Tianwang (holding a coiled serpent and wearing complex armor). While preserving all detailed features, the total data volume was reduced by 35%, improving model loading and rendering speeds and adapting to multi-scenario application requirements. 2. Texture Mapping Adjustment: According to the properties of gilded bronze materials, texture coordinates were precisely calibrated to ensure that the gilded armor texture and the scale texture of the serpentine implement fit tightly to the model surface, avoiding stretching and misalignment. The texture resolution was adjusted according to application scenarios: 4K textures were retained for academic research to present detailed material features, while compressed to 2K for mass communication to balance visual effects and operational performance. (II) Creative Labor 1. Model Refinement Processing: Geomagic software was used to eliminate overlapping and intersecting faces. "Mesh optimization" was performed on the scale structure of the serpentine implement and the outline of the pearl to reduce the number of triangular faces. The connection posture parameters between the held pearl and the serpent’s body were adjusted to comply with the statue specification of "natural coiling and stable holding". 2. Surface and Texture Optimization: An AI adaptive filtering algorithm was applied to remove scanning noise, with priority given to retaining the warm luster of the gilded bronze material and the delicate texture of the serpent’s scales. Manual verification was conducted for ornamentation breaks and texture deviations, and color values were calibrated by referencing physical Buddha statues (or documented records) to restore the authentic visual effect of gilded bronze materials.
