This dataset constructs a trusted energy baseline with unified coordinate systems, unified coding standards and real-time updates by integrating heterogeneous operational data including power, natural gas, thermal energy, renewable energy, energy storage and carbon emissions via an end-to-end "Source-Grid-Load-Storage-Carbon" data warehouse. Relying on a scenario simulation engine to load parameters such as electricity prices, loads, extreme weather and policy incentives, it can output thermal supply gaps, node pressures, carbon emission cloud maps and cost sensitivity within seconds, supporting governments, power grids and energy-consuming entities to rapidly compare and select optimal solutions during planning, operation and emergency response stages. Strategies can be directly delivered to execution terminals through online consultations, with deviations fed back in real time. The system automatically calculates the effects of energy conservation, carbon reduction and cost reduction, interfaces with fiscal subsidies, carbon trading and green finance, realizes credible settlement and continuous amplification of policy dividends, market benefits and social benefits, and promotes the spiral improvement of urban energy resilience, economic efficiency and low-carbon development level.
