Algal Transcriptomics

This study investigates the algal transcriptomic responses to co-culture with Flagellimonas marinaquae (Ma strain), a carotenoid-producing bacterium, at 20 C, 26 C, and 32 C. By comparing these treatments to algae-only controls at each temperature, we aim to uncover the gene regulatory mechanisms underlying bacterial modulation of algal antioxidant capacity and thermal adaptation during their interaction.
