The goals of this study are to compare the transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of wild type and Ddb1-knock out activated CD4+ T cells We sorted Ddb1-KO and WT SMARTA cells in adoptive transfer experiments at day 5 after LCMV Armstrong infection, and performed RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis of these cells.
