Transcriptomics analysis of oligodendrocyte-enriched sorted cells with conditional deletion of Ral GTPases during development

RNA sequencing was performed to evaluate the transcriptome of oligodendrocyte-enriched sorted cells extracted from mice with conditional deletion of Ral GTPases in the oligodendrocyte-lineage during development. The dataset was generated with oligodendrocyte-enriched sorted cells extracted from spinal cords of 4 independent mice per genotype at 10 days of age (P10). The genotypes analyzed include controls, CnpCre:RalAflox/flox and CnpCre:RalAflox/flox:RalBflox/flox mutants, all of which also expressed the reporter gene TdTomato in oligodendrocyte-lineage cells.
