Dataset of paper "Design and development of an ACCT for the Shanghai advanced proton therapy facility"

This is the data set of the paper "Design and development of an ACCT for the Shanghai advanced proton therapy facility." It includes the following data about the final test and calibration results:1) mechanical.pdf: Mechanical drawing of ACCT sensor.2) tdr.csv: Original data of TDR tested using a network analyzer.3) relative_permeability.csv: Permeability curve (provided by the iron core manufacturer).4) leak.csv: Vacuum leakage rate test data (obtained using a leak detector).5) bgnoise.csv: Original noise data sampled using ADC and analyzed by MATLAB.6) calibration.csv，pusle_width.csv: Calibration results of ACCT, which are analyzed using Origin 2017.
