DNA barcoding of silk spinning Amphiesmenoptera (Trichoptera and Lepidoptera) from Japan. Amphiesmenoptera

This project houses Trichoptera and Lepidoptera DNA barcodes collected during the summer of 2018 as part of a project focused on Amphiesmneoptera diversity in Japan. The DNA barcodes here will aid in the species identification of silk-spinning larval insects and emerging projects in biomonitoring using metabarcoding. This NCBI BioProject contains DNA barcode records that were generated with support from the federally-funded Smithsonian Institution DNA Barcode Network.
