1. Data Collection: Collect daily transaction data related to Hua Diao Wine from customers.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis and usage.

Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data using the formula: P={a1 (minimum single-purchase amount)/b1 (minimum single-order quantity) + a2 (maximum single-purchase amount)/b2 (maximum single-order quantity) + a3 (average purchase amount)/b3 (average order quantity)} * k, where k is the consumption coefficient, which varies across different regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Suzhou is 0.8.
