超纯净高温合金母材杂质及非金属夹杂物含量数据集

本数据集的采集主要是2020年1月至2024年11月时间段完成的,由北京航空材料研究院、大连理工大学、北京钢研高纳科技有限公司共同开展的超纯净高温合金电子束精炼及合金成分调控研究过程中,所获得的DD98M、FGH4096、GH4068合金超纯净合金样品、O/N/S含量测试结果,第三方检测机构出具的检测报告,夹杂物类型、尺寸与密度等测试果。用以建立电子束冶金环境下O、N、S等杂质元素挥发去除机制与控制方法,揭示多类型/多尺度夹杂物去除的热力学-动力学机制,为电子束熔炼工艺优化提供理论基础。各文件均为电子束精炼高温合金杂质元素及夹杂物深度去除研究过程中产生的科学数据。
This dataset was primarily collected between January 2020 and November 2024. The data were obtained during the research on electron beam refining and alloy composition regulation of ultra-pure high-temperature alloys, which was jointly conducted by Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, Dalian University of Technology, and Beijing Gangyan Gaona Technology Co., Ltd., including ultra-pure alloy samples of DD98M, FGH4096 and GH4068 alloys, test results of O, N and S contents, test reports issued by third-party testing institutions, and test results of inclusion types, sizes and densities. This dataset aims to establish the volatilization removal mechanism and control methods of impurity elements such as O, N and S under the electron beam metallurgy environment, reveal the thermodynamic-kinetic mechanism of multi-type and multi-scale inclusion removal, and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of electron beam smelting processes. All files in this dataset are scientific data generated during the research on deep removal of impurity elements and inclusions from electron beam refined high-temperature alloys.
