Liquid Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry data from hypothalamic-pituitary tissues of chickens vaccinated with live coccidia vaccine in the Embryonic day 18 and day 1
收藏资源简介:
This proteomics metadata belongs to the time-cousre study which focuses on outlining the protein expression profiles in the hypothalamic-pituitary tissues (HP) of developing chickens from embryonic day 18 through day 31 post-hatch, comparing vaccinated (live coccidia vaccine) versus unvaccinated treatments to understand immune responses in context of gut-brain axis. To achieve this goal, Specific pathogen-free (SPF) chicken embryos were raised and randomly assigned to either a vaccinated (ADVENT live coccidia vaccine) or an unvaccinated group (N = 10 each). Proteomics data were generated from the HP tissues at four time points: embryonic day 18 (ED18), day 1 (D1) post-hatch, followed by nano-LC-MS/MS analysis using an Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer.
