composition and structure of soil bacterial and fungal communities in soils

Soil degradation influencing by long-term agricultural practice is a great challenge in modern agriculture, especially in reclaimed salt-affected soil, where still having a potential threat to secondary salinity. Soil microbial communities mediating soil key processes greatly contribute to nutrient content and availability thus soil quality. The goal of this study is to detect the reasonable agricultural practice maintaining soil fertility by analyzing the variation of microbial communities under long-term agricultural practice.
