Vector<sup>OE</sup>, p16<sup>OE</sup> and p19<sup>OE</sup> CD8<sup>+</sup> T cells were stained with PE-anti-Thy1.1 antibody and sorted by using flow cytometry. Then, RNA was extracted with TRIzol from indicated T cells. RNA integrity was evaluated using the Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent). The libraries were constructed using the TruSeq RNA sample prep kit (FC1221001, Illumina). The libraries were then sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (PE150) platform, and approximately 40 million pairedend reads were generated (Novogene). RNA sequencing was conducted and the data were processed by the bioinformatic core at the Suzhou Institute of Systems Medicine.
