2021-2022 Coral and Environmental data

This dataset contains the sizes of over 10,000 corals in 2021, resampled in 2022. Various geographical information is also contained within the dataset, including information on habitat type, as well as coordinate data for each "plot". Plot-level structural complexity metrics are also associated with each coral, as well as environmental variables derived from multiple sources, mostly eReefs biogeochemical model, presented as long-term averages, and some wave data derived from the University of Queensland's process wave model (D. Callaghan).
