粉煤灰的质量等级检测数据,为保障建筑工程使用的混凝土安全起到决定作用,保证粉煤灰质量做好把控工作,以确保工程的质量及安全。按照国家标准GB1595-2017对粉煤灰的质量进行检测,检验粉煤灰主要需要检验细度,烧失量,需水量比。记录试样质量、器皿质量以及灼烧后质量,计算出烧失量,计算公式如下:烧失量=【灼烧后质量-(试样质量+器皿质量)】/试样质量*100;记录检验的粉煤灰克数、筛余后的质量,得到细度值,计算公式如下:细度=(筛余质量B*粉煤灰克数+筛余质量B*粉煤灰克数)/2;记录水的W1W2质量,计算出需水量比,计算公式如下:需水量比=W2/W1*100。通过IFS函数最后判定所检项目符合GB1595-2017要求,最终三个检验结果数值同时满足相对应等级标准则为该级,三个检验结果数值出现不同等级则按中间最低级检验标准划分。
Quality grade test data of fly ash plays a decisive role in ensuring the safety of concrete used in construction engineering. Strict quality control over fly ash shall be implemented to guarantee the quality and safety of the project.
Quality tests on fly ash are conducted in accordance with the national standard GB 1595-2017. The main inspection items for fly ash include fineness, loss on ignition, and water requirement ratio.
The mass of the test sample, the mass of the vessel, and the mass after ignition are recorded to calculate the loss on ignition, with the formula as follows:
Loss on ignition = [(Mass after ignition) - (Mass of sample + Mass of vessel)] / Mass of sample × 100;
The mass of tested fly ash and the mass of sieve residue are recorded to obtain the fineness value, with the formula as follows:
Fineness = (Mass of sieve residue B × Mass of fly ash + Mass of sieve residue B × Mass of fly ash) / 2;
The masses of water W1 and W2 are recorded to calculate the water requirement ratio, with the formula as follows:
Water requirement ratio = W2 / W1 × 100.
The IFS function is used to finally judge whether the tested items meet the requirements of GB 1595-2017. If all three test results simultaneously meet the corresponding grade standards, the fly ash is classified into that grade. If the three test results correspond to different grades, the classification shall be made according to the middle and lowest grade test standard.
