资源简介:
Results of an investigation regarding the reliability of 3-dimensional freehand ultrasound for the assessment of lower limb muscle morphology. Four lower limb muscles (the m. rectus femoris (RF), m. semitendinosus (ST), m. medial gastrocnemius (MG) and m. tibialis anterior (TA)) were investigated in children with spastic cerebral palsy (CP) and with a typical development (TD). A comprehensive overview was made including intra- and inter-rater, and intra- and inter-session reliability of parameters of muscle size (volume and anatomical cross-sectional area; MV and aCSA), echo-intensity (whole muscle (EI) and mid-belly (EI-CSA)), and lengths (muscle belly (ML), tendon (TL) and muscle-tendon unit length (MTUL)).
