镁铝合金铸件性能检测数据集

本数据由凤阳爱尔思轻合金精密成型有限公司技术检测中心，基于ISO 8062/GB T 9438和《GB/T 36073-2018 数据管理能力成熟度模型》，于2025年6在实验室独立完成检测并生成,,数据生成目的是通过分析数据集中的力学性能（抗拉强度、延伸率）和缺陷数据（气孔率、缩松分布），自动调整铸造参数；结合热处理过程数据（固溶温度/时间）预测模具寿命，减少停机损失。This dataset was independently tested and generated in June 2025 at the laboratory by the Technical Testing Center of Fengyang Aiersi Light Alloy Precision Forming Co., Ltd., in accordance with ISO 8062/GB/T 9438 and GB/T 36073-2018 Data Management Capability Maturity Model. The objective of developing this dataset is to automatically adjust casting parameters by analyzing the mechanical properties (tensile strength, elongation) and defect data (porosity, shrinkage distribution) within the dataset, and combine heat treatment process data (solution temperature and holding time) to predict mold service life and reduce downtime losses.
