数据源自马鞍山市当涂县青莲小学2025年春季(4-5月)组织的学生研学旅行活动，覆盖1-6年级共51名学生的数据信息。数据通过多渠道整合采集。学生基本信息和健康状况来自学校教务系统和医务室记录；研学活动基础数据(目的地、日期、带队老师等)由教务处统一登记，所有个人敏感信息按照要求进行脱敏处理，且均获得家长知情同意授权，上传至学校教务系统，生成了研学信息表，数据进行规则加工处理之后，形成数据集。

The dataset is derived from the student study tour activities organized by Qinglian Primary School, Dangtu County, Ma'anshan City during April to May 2025 (spring semester), covering data of 51 students from Grade 1 to Grade 6. The data was collected and integrated via multiple channels: students' basic personal information and health status were sourced from the school's academic administration system and infirmary records; basic activity data including destination, date, accompanying teachers and other relevant details were uniformly registered by the Academic Affairs Office. All personal sensitive information was desensitized in compliance with relevant regulations, and explicit informed consent and authorization were obtained from all students' parents. The collected information was uploaded to the school's academic administration system to generate the study tour information table, and the final dataset was formed after rule-based standardized processing of the data.
