The aim of the dataset was to demonstrate that CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells were not TH2 cells by comparing the expression profiles of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells to those of TH2 cells induced from CD4+ T cells under TH2-polarzing conditions. Overall design: mRNA profiles of CD4lowHLA-G+ T cells isolated from prostate cancer patients with androgen deprivation therapy were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq X Tten. The sequencing data of TH2 cells were acquired from GEO database, accession number GSE71645. Sample ''GSE71645_2'' is GSM1842243 and ''GSE71645_3'' is GSM1842244.
